RICHMOND - The Bolling for Lieutenant Governor campaign today announced the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce has given its endorsement to Lieutenant Governor Bill Bolling's re-election campaign.  Hampton Roads Business PAC (HRBizPAC) is a non-partisan committee that presses for action on issues impacting business and supports candidates who share those views.

"I am honored to receive the endorsement of the Hampton Roads Business PAC. This endorsement is a reflection of my longstanding commitment to make certain that Virginia remains a business friendly state.  Virginia's economy is struggling, and I have offered a detailed plan to get our economy moving again." said Bolling. "That's the kind of leadership Virginia's business leaders are looking for, and that's the kind of leadership I have provided and will provide as Virginia's Lieutenant Governor."

Jack Hornbeck, CCE, Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce President and CEO said, "The Hampton Roads Business PAC, a public policy committee of the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, is pleased to endorse Bill Bolling for election to Lieutenant Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The HRBizPAC carefully considered incumbent voting records and a comprehensive questionnaire on key policy issues to evaluate the candidates.  Bill Bolling's solid support on issues of importance to the business community was key to his receiving this endorsement."

In a McDonnell/Bolling administration, Bolling will serve as Virginia's Chief Jobs Creation Officer.  He has put forth a detailed Jobs for Virginians program that is designed to get Virginia's economy moving again and create jobs.  By providing tax credits to businesses creating jobs in Virginia, reducing the regulatory burden on businesses and investing in proven economic development and job creation programs, we will position Virginia now for a future economic recovery.

Hampton Roads Business PAC joins the Virginia Chapter of the Association of Builders and Contractors, National Federation of Independent Business/ Virginia, Virginia Association of Realtors PAC, Virginia Farm Bureau Federation AgPAC, Virginia Credit Union League, Fraternal Order of Police, Police Benevolent Association and the National Rifle Association - PVF in supporting Bolling's re-election.
